Green Sticker

To obtain a Green Sticker:

1. Mail one complete copy (white) of the Assessment Report to:

P.O.Box 136
Mt Waverley Vic 3149

2. Attach a cheque made out to 'Crane Industry Council of Australia' as payment.

The cost per sticker is:

Crane Association Member: $165.00 incl GST per sticker.
Non-Crane Association Member: $220.00 incl GST per sticker.

On receipt of payment, the Green Sticker/s will be mailed with a Tax Invoice.

If the Green Sticker is required urgently, please telephone the CraneSafe administration office on 03-9501 0078 or 03-9501 0083 to make special arrangements.

Expect at least a 2 day turnaround on top of normal postal transit time.
